Not a high flyer, this Scandinavian crime series, but the series has its moments. The characters are captivating enough, but there are a lot of plot holes. The script depends on coincidences and especially the first half of the series is quite boring. Gradually things get a bit more exciting. But in the end, this is definitely not top notch.

Excellent Scandinavian series with an ingenious plot, comparable to a chess game. A great cast that puts together a fascinating whole. Except for Adam Pålsson: he plays just such a sleep-inducing figure as in Young Wallander - Season 1 (2020). I'm going to assume he doesn't walk around as stoned in real life as he does in his roles.
Season 1: in terms of episodes, a bit too much of a good thing, but despite that it is worth watching and a reasonable conclusion, so that season 2 is not a must.
Season 2: There are some pretty improbabilities here, but that doesn't change the fact that this season was more exciting than the first. It is in fact a requirement to have seen season 1 if you want to be able to follow the story completely. The downside of season 2 is the ending, which is quite poorly developed and hence calls for a third season.
