Hungry Ghosts plot

When a tomb in Vietnam is accidentally opened on the eve of the Hungry Ghost Festival, a vengeful spirit is unleashed that brings the dead with it. The ghosts wreak havoc on the Vietnamese-Australian community in Melbourne. Young woman May Le must rediscover her true nature and accept her fate to bring balance to a community still traumatized by the war.
