Dead Ahead plot

The Māori family Wharekoa moves from London back to a town on New Zealand's North Island. The family consists of lawyer Kiri, her husband Matiu, and their children Nate and Amiria. This move brings them much closer to their Māori heritage. This is reinforced by the fact that they repeatedly encounter the spirits of deceased relatives in their new home and its surroundings.
