Daybreak plot
In a post-apocalyptic Glendale, California, 17-year-old outcast Josh is looking for his missing girlfriend Sam. Together with a group of misfits, including 12-year-old pyromaniac Angelica and Josh's former high school bully, Wesley, now a pacifist samurai, Josh tries to stay alive. Meanwhile, they face hordes of violent gangs, zombie-like creatures called Ghoulies, and everything else this brave new world throws at them.
