In England the Tudors ruled, in Rome the Borgias. It was the time of Da Vinci and Michelangelo. A time of creativity and intellectual achievement. In the Borgia series, we follow Rodrigo Borgia's rise to the Vatican, his cunning political game, the intrigue within his family and his struggle against the French king. We also see how Borgia uses his adult children as pawns in a chess game.
