The Wilson family moves to Beverly Hills to keep an eye on the family's grandmother, Tabitha, a former TV star who likes a drink. The Wilson family's daughter and adopted son initially struggles to adjust to wealthy Beverly Hills, especially when their father takes the job of headmaster at their school. Yet they manage to make friends with a group of young people from Beverly Hills.
