Tournée Générale plot

Experience expert Jean Blaute takes layman Ray Cokes through beer country Belgium in a Volkswagen bus and they explore the beer landscape and beer culture. Along the way, they stop regularly to be introduced to various facets of the rich Belgian beer culture. Jean and Ray soon realize that beer is an often underestimated product. Not only the extensive taste palette but also the specific brewing process is much more complex than is generally believed. With the experience gained, Blaute and Cokes brew their own beer in each series.

Tournée Générale season 1

As a big beer lover, this series made my mouth water. I regularly watched with the beers in my hand that can also be seen in the series. Ray and jean-blaute are also a comedy duo and the brewers were all passionate too. What a knowledge too!

One downside: how can you like every beer like the presenter duo?

Mwa, Jean Blaute, & various beers, little should go wrong than in fact. But it really didn't grab me. I had expected more humor perhaps, more fluency, more pace.
