A sort of revamped version of the BBC series Walking With Dinosaurs, adapted to today's special effects requirements and produced by Jon Favreau. The beautiful voice-over by David Attenborough raises the level even further. Visually, there is little to criticize about the five-part series, but the content is unfortunately rather ordinary. The structure of the episodes hardly differs from, take it, the series Planet Earth. At some point you have the idea of looking at the daily life of real animals, despite the presence of dinosaurs. The wow factor is missing a bit. But hey, that might be the series' biggest achievement...
