NASCAR: Full Speed season 2

Food for the real fans.

As a teenager and young adult, I followed NASCAR for a few years when it was available to watch on EuroSport, with the then good old Dale Earnhardt Sr., my favorite Rusty Wallace, Jeff Gordon, Darrell Waltrip, Mark Martin, the Bodines, the Labontes, Kyle Petty as the somewhat less infamous of the Petty family (and before his son Adam would lose his life), ...

For about ten years now, I have found my way back to NASCAR via the internet (in between, I followed sumo wrestling closely for quite some time), with numerous documentaries and races from long-gone days. For the last handful of years, I have watched the extended summary of virtually every race and occasionally one live as well, currently having a particular soft spot for Ty Gibbs, who managed to win his first race a few weeks ago.

These kinds of background images and stories from the playoff battle are quite interesting. It's a shame that the third season isn't available on Netflix. The Dutch subtitles also leave something to be desired. Caution is translated as "warning" every time, for example. And there were a few other things like that; I can't recall them right now.
