Miami Ink plot

Four friends open and run a tattoo parlor where they live, work and have fun. The resident artists, Ami James, Chris Núñez, Chris Garver and Darren Brass, team up to promote the art of tattooing. In Miami Ink, we see them in and out of their workspace from morning to night, following their nighttime follies. We look not only at how the artists work, but also at the tattoos themselves. Every tattoo has its own story, a reason for being, and a special bond with its owner. The artists' clients range from 18-year-old rookies to famous actors and stiff careerists. They have one thing in common: they all have a deep emotional connection to the image they choose.
