Clairvoyant and medium Theresa Caputo is followed. Theresa Caputo is an ordinary mother on Long Island, except she talks to the dead. She takes clients on an emotional and spiritual journey to the afterlife. As a medium, Theresa has an ability that most people cannot comprehend. For Theresa, this is not just her job, this is her life, as she daily tries to balance the past with the present.
