Het Bourgondisch Complot plot
In 'The Burgundian conspiracy', presenter and photographer Michiel Hendryckx sails from Ghent to Burgundy with a converted inland vessel, the Maria van Dam. The end of the journey is Mâcon. The ship is named after a character from Willem Elsschot's novella 'Het dwaallicht'. In each episode Hendryckx receives one or more guests on board, who sail with him for a while and visit sights or historical places with him along the way.
