For the first time in history, a camera crew has exclusive access to the extremely grueling selection process for new members, which lasts more than seven months. Hundreds of candidates begin, and only a few pass the tests required to become GEO members. Each chapter follows the progress of this group of aspirants, highlighting their personal histories, their reactions to grueling trials, and their transformation during a process that tests their physical and mental capabilities to the limit. Subjected to extreme stress, sleep deprivation, and unbearable conditions, the candidates must overcome their deepest fears to be prepared for what awaits them.
