With a backpack, Arnout Hauben crosses his own country on foot and with a tent. Arnout travels along the GR 129, which is also sometimes called the Dwars door België, the longest GR route in the country. The journey starts in Bruges, the mother of all Flemish cities, and ends in the oldest city in Wallonia, Arlon at the border with Luxembourg. The signposted path is more than 500 kilometers long and runs largely along unpaved roads. Arnout reaches his final goal in 23 stages of just over 20 kilometers.
