Nice television. The premise - there's a wall in the country or area in question - seems a bit sparse for six separate episodes, but each region has such a vastly different story, and it's almost always equally poignant and poignant. A bit traditional in that Menno Bentveld waddles through the image and talks things together, but he is a nice presenter and it seems that it really does something for him. By the way, I completely missed the second series, so this addition is a good reason to also catch those episodes on broadcast.
