Aandenken aan Holland plot

Janny van der Heijden returns to four sailing routes from the episodes from the third season of 'Thinking of Holland'. She goes in search of culinary souvenirs from the area along these routes. For example, in the Zaan region she is going to fish for crayfish, which are a pest in inland waters and must therefore be controlled. Since they are also very tasty, they can be eaten just as well after being caught.
