What is it like to be a high school teacher? Tim den Besten and Nicolaas Veul will work as an extraordinary intern at the ISG Arcus school community in Lelystad. A portrait full of emotional ups and downs of two starting teachers. Tim teaches Dutch at the VMBO and Nicolaas history and social studies at the HAVO/VWO and VMBO. How do you keep order in the classroom? What is a good lesson? How do you win the trust of teenagers? And how do you deal with social media, bullying and being bullied? Tim and Nicolaas experience in practice how today's teacher tries to keep all the balls in the air and compare their own experiences with those of their supervisors and colleagues.
