The Rising plot
Neve Kelly is dead. Understandably, she's scared and confused by this new (non-)existence, but on top of that, she's furious when she realizes she's been murdered. Determined to find her killer and get justice, she uses her newfound supernatural abilities. With this she gets more done than the police and thus investigates her own death. In the process, she uncovers deeply buried secrets and is forced to reexamine everything about her life and the people she cared about.
