Sorjonen plot

Detective Inspector Karl Sorjonen is one of the most respected officers in the Finnish bureau. When his wife recovers from brain cancer, Sorjonen decides to move his family to a small village called Lappeenranta. This village borders Russia and is the perfect location to start a new life. In reality, life is not so peaceful at all in Lappeenranta. Murders, rapes, kidnappings, prostitution, drug trafficking and dogfights turn Karl Sorjonen's life upside down forever.

I thought season 2 was on the same level as season 1. From episode 5, however, something changed and Kari's insights became a bit more vague. Nevertheless, the whole thing remained interesting and some storylines ensure that a season 3 is inevitable. Still an interesting and great series.

Season 1 was slightly better, but not worse, to give it half a star less.

The last 2 episodes (parts 1 and 2) were all a bit weaker/less believable in terms of the storyline.

certain things that really weren't put together well, etc., hence the somewhat lower rating.

The nice thing about the entire series is the eccentricity of the main character Kari Sorjonen, the way of thinking and acting.

all episodes in chunks of 45 to 60 minutes in 2 or more parts, so that they all become separate matters.
