Moordvrouw plot
In Leeuwarden, a team of highly motivated and professional police officers is constantly under high voltage to deal with impending catastrophes. Not so much with deduction and relaxed puzzling, but with races against the clock. A talented detective, Fenna Kremer, becomes traumatized, but returns to work eight months later, apparently recovered. She ends up at the Leeuwarden agency, where she drives her new team to despair: through her solo approach, her intuition, her utterly reprehensible methods and above all... through her success with this.

I have this first season of
Murder woman watched more often,
Exciting stories that sit
in it and a bit of mystery in the very first season
and I also like the location
have Leeuwarden.
Wendy van Dijk 
plays reasonably
if Fenna Kremer she won't be for me
the best actress on earth,
Thijs Romer and Achmed Akkabi are funny,
I personally think the rest Porgy Franssen and Renee Soutendijk
a little less.

Wendy van Dijk as an actress. That takes getting used to. Ok, a character like Ushi suited her well. But this is serious work. Wendy is not yet able to convince completely in this first season. Who knows, maybe there will be an improvement when we watch the second season. Thijs Römer as Evert Numan comes across as a little more convincing, but he too will probably have to grow into his role. Fenna and Evert don't seem to have that chemistry with each other in this season to be compelling characters. It's every man for himself what makes this season unbelievable in some respects. No detective solves everything but only .. For the script writers there is still work to be done for a next season. Who does come across well this season is Renee Soutendijk as Carla Vreeswijk.
The storyline is typical of a Dutch police series, a crime and in search of the perpetrator. Not a big city for a change, but beautiful Friesland with its water and landscapes. That's nice to see. The Netherlands is indeed more than the Randstad. That's a big plus for the series.
The first season was entertaining but not great. Hopefully the series grows with the seasons. On to Season Two!
