Livstid plot
The wayward detective Victoria Woll is serving a life sentence, while at the same time looking back on a case from twenty years earlier. Then Woll worked with her colleagues on the murder of 34-year-old Siv Bakke, who was found dead in the woods while her daughter managed to escape. During eight episodes it then becomes clear how Woll ended up in prison himself.

The common thread is an unjustified life sentence of a police detective. Eight moderate crime episodes are hung from this common thread. A minimum of time is spent on the common thread (1 to 2 minutes per episodes).
According to the description, it would become clear how the eventual detective ended up in prison. But apparently I've missed something, because it's not clear to me how she got in and how she thinks she's going to get out... All in all, a disappointing viewing experience. But apparently the series needs to be milked out in follow-up seasons.
