Eduardo Silva, a dismissed prosecutor, starts working as a lawyer, using his idiosyncratic methods. However, he doesn't even do that from a law firm, but he works from a dilapidated hotel, where he also lives. No one knows exactly why Eduardo ended up here, not even his new assistant Marcia. Marcia has a first class law degree, but as a Roma she faces closed doors in the job market.
