Fight Night: The Million Dollar Heist plot

Follows the infamous story of how an armed robbery on the night of Muhammad Ali's historic comeback fight in 1970 not only changed one man's life, but ultimately transformed Atlanta into the "Black Mecca." When a hustler named Chicken Man throws an after-party to celebrate the fight with a guest list of the country's richest, the evening ends with the most brutal underworld heist in Atlanta history. Chicken Man is suspected of being the mastermind behind the crime and is determined to clear his name. However, he will have to convince his old adversary JD Hudson, one of the first black detectives in the city's desegregated police force, tasked with bringing those responsible to justice.
