Chen Chia-jen, a veteran detective, accidentally shoots a well-known influencer protesting in front of a police station. The incident sparks widespread online debate. The shooting coincides with a prophecy by the mysterious "Baba the Witch," an anonymous tarot card reader who suddenly gains millions of followers by consistently making eerie predictions about the deaths of influencers. Detective Li Hsin-ping realizes it's a serial murder case and joins the investigation. Chen is forced to collaborate with another influential internet celebrity, Lin Ting-yu, nicknamed "Youzi," who holds vital clues to the case.
