Baretta plot
Anthony Vincenzo Baretta is an undercover cop in New York. He works rather unorthodox and is often at odds with his boss. The cases he works on require many disguises and he is not afraid of violence. When he is not working, he hangs out in his hotel room with Fred, his cockatoo.

Excellent police series with a good Robert Blake as Det. Tony Baretta. Tony Baretta also had a pet, a white cockatoo. The series also had a famous opening tune sung by Sammy Davis JR.
