Winners & Losers follows the lives of four best friends who know each other from high school because they were the "losers" there. Now, ten years later, they are about to become the winners. They are invited to a reunion at their old high school. Will Jenny Gross, Bec Gilbert, Frances James and Sophie Wong end the year as winners or losers?
