Diana Trent and Tom Ballard, two residents of the Bayview retirement home in Bournemouth, plan to grow old gracefully. However, the two do all kinds of tricks and make Harvey Baines's life miserable. Harvey is the manager of Bayview and is mainly interested in superficial business and making a profit.
