This Is Littleton plot

Littleton County officials deal with everything from busking licenses to animal welfare monitoring. The mayor, meanwhile, suffers from delusions of grandeur. And the halls in the town hall are rented out to inappropriately behaving dance teachers, organizers of questionable self-help courses and overenthusiastic relationship therapists.
