The Lake plot

Justin recently separated from his husband; he takes his daughter Billie, whom he gave up for adoption, to the lake where he spent his summers as a boy, in the hope that it will bring them closer together. However, his obsession with taking control of his family's summer cottage instead of his stepsister Maisy-May drives him and his daughter further apart. All parties have a lot to learn to face what can bring them closer together as a family, especially Maisy-May.
