Sunnyside plot

Garrett Modi lived the American Dream. As the youngest New York City Councilor ever, he was among the political elite, attended star-studded parties and was the pride of Queens. But instead of spending his time helping the people who elected him, he lost his way amid the power and glamor of politics and ended his career. Now Garrett lives with his sister Mallory and wonders where it all went wrong. Until he is hired by a group of hopeful immigrants who dream of becoming American citizens and believe he can help.
