Comedy series in which several celebrities seek refuge from the madness of their famous lives, to the banality of 'suburbia' on Stella Street, and the "everyday" situations they encounter there. This is tinged with a touch of surrealism and comedy based on their own stereotypical behavior. For example, Roger Moore visits David Bowie at Christmas to give him a washcloth as a gift, Michael Caine Dean instructs the construction worker how to build him a kidney-shaped swimming pool, and Mick Jagger and Keith Richards run the local corner shop.
