Getting it all done as a single mom is hard work. For Reba Hart, parenthood, in addition to her own three children Cheyenne, Kyra and Jake, also means caring for son-in-law Van, granddaughter Elizabeth, ex-husband Brock and his neurotic wife Barbra-Jean. After what Reba saw as happily married for twenty years, her husband Brock leaves her for his assistant, who is expecting a child from him. To top it off, their eldest, 17-year-old daughter Cheyenne confesses that she is pregnant by her high school football hunk and that they want to get married.
