Psych plot

Shawn has an extraordinary powers of observation and can therefore give remarkably good tips in difficult-to-solve police cases. So good that the police get a little suspicious and start to suspect him of involvement. To avoid getting into trouble, Shawn says he's clairvoyant and that's why he can give such valuable clues. To keep up this masquerade Shawn has to keep coming up with tips otherwise he will fall through the basket. He turns necessity into a virtue and becomes a private detective with his friend Gus, who must use his (alleged) clairvoyance to solve cases with detectives Carlton Lassiter and Juliet O'Hara. Even Shawn sees it coming from afar that that doesn't always go smoothly.
