Evie is a risk-averse quality controller who works at a large distribution company. She falls in love with Xavier, a free-spirited thrill seeker who makes the best of his life. Evie soon finds out that Xavier lives this way because he thinks the apocalypse is coming. They decide to travel the world together to check off their own bucket list.
