Mark, a rather self-centered sports journalist, has to leave the football magazine where he works due to budget cuts. To his horror, he is transferred to the women's magazine Liza. And as if that wasn't bad enough, he can take care of the letter section 'Dear Liza' there. How, as a man, can he give sensible answers to all those sensitive questions that the readers of the magazine fire at him? Meanwhile, a lot of things go wrong in his private life, but that actually turns out to be a happy accident.
