Last Days of the Space Age plot

1979 Western Australia. Perth is at the center of world news. A power attack threatens to plunge the region into darkness. As the city hosts the iconic Miss Universe pageant, the American space station Skylab threatens to crash just outside the city’s suburbs. Against this backdrop of international cultural and political shifts, marriages, friendships and futures are tested for three families in a close-knit coastal community.
