Kitchen Confidential plot

Jack Bourdain, once a celebrity chef, has hit rock bottom. Out of nowhere, he is suddenly offered a chance to come back as a chef at a top restaurant in New York. There's one problem, though: the owner gives Jack just 48 hours to arrange a full occupancy for his kitchen and put together a dinner for 300 guests, including a New York Times reviewer.
