The two friends, Kenny Hotz and Spencer Rice, compete against each other in various competitions. The loser of the episode must complete a humiliating assignment, which is chosen by the winner. The competitions are often about simple things and usually take the form of: "who doesn't last... wins", "who is...?" or "who can...?".
