In previous seasons, the series relied on the sexual tension between Charlie and Rebecca as boss over boss. With the departure of Rebecca in the previous season, I already had a feeling that the quality could no longer be guaranteed. And indeed, this third season simply disappoints. The biggest flaw are the very forced moral lessons about trafficking in women, child labour, child stars, etc. In other episodes the emphasis is again on taking revenge when the customers are annoying again. It is all so forced and there is little realism left. I wondered several times to what extent this irregular bunch is capable of running the local snack bar, let alone a luxury five-star hotel. And if my favorite characters are also written out in one mediocre episode, well, what's left...? It's still quite entertaining at times, but it's mediocre across the board.
