Hang Time plot

Julie Connors is new to her school, but she plans to make a name for herself right away. She decides to compete for a spot on her school's male basketball team, "The Deering Tornadoes." However, this does not sit well with some people. In particular, the current team captain Chris and the arrogant cheerleader Mary Beth don't like it.
