Family Matters plot
The series revolves around the Winslow family from Chicago and their neighbor Steven 'Steve' Q. Urkel, commonly referred to as 'Urkel' for short. Father Carl is a police officer who constantly falls victim to Urkel's well-intentioned actions, which rarely end well. Although his neighbor boy manages to chase him over and over, he keeps knocking on the Winslows' door. Urkel is above all a friendly boy who is looking for social contacts, but finds it difficult due to his reputation and behavior as a downright 'nerd'. In addition, Urkel is madly in love with daughter Laura Winslow, who does not want to think about romantic relations with him, although she is occasionally moved by his sincerity.

Seen a lot in one's life, but such a low score for this fine series (certainly in the zeitgeist) from then, with the le-gen-da-risch-e Steve Urkel beats everything.
4* and I'm not exaggerating out of childhood sentiment it could have been higher.
