F.C. De Kampioenen plot
The series revolves around the adventures of a poorly performing café football team, called FC De Kampioenen. They cannot live without each other despite the many rivalries, pranks and jealousy. Many scenes take place in the Crucke family's pub and on the field. This field is close to the garage of DDT, who keeps trying to thwart De Kampioenen. Most of the other important characters are the players and their wives, and Boma, the sponsor and also president of the club.

Jesus! Extremely low score here. Now I understand that the later seasons score less well, but the first eight seasons are real gems with DDT and that old-fashioned style. Unlike later seasons, it didn't feel forced either. There was very good chemistry between the characters. And let's not forget that Pico was an excellent character.
