Everything Sucks! plot
Everything Sucks! is set in 1996 in the village of Boring, Oregon. In this year, discmans, 'sexting' with calculators and flamboyant outfits were an integral part of the children's young lives. The students from the drama club and the A/C club at Boring High School team up to make a movie and endure the trials and tribulations of high school. The two groups have one thing in common: they are all misfits.

Despite the fact that this high school series is set in the mid 90s, the whole thing comes across as fresh. Light-hearted storylines and partly due to the short playing time, it all looks easy. Even though the acting is of a varying level, this is partly compensated by the youthful enthusiasm.
