Enlightened plot

Forty-year-old Amy Jellicoe has a breakdown at work and receives holistic treatment at a rehabilitation center. She returns with a different outlook on life, meditating daily, and now believes in terms such as “self-help” and “inner healing”. Her environment also has to believe it, she wants to be an 'agent of change' in the world. Those who know Amy are especially skeptical about her new views.
