Candice Renoir lived in Singapore for ten years. She went with her husband Laurent who is a successful manager. After the divorce, she returns to Sète and starts working as a detective and team leader. Antoine Dumas has a hard time with the latter and often seeks confrontation with her. Candice also occasionally struggles with her four children: Emma, Jules and the twins Martin and Léo. But she also gets help from Au-pair Laurette and neighbor Hervé. Yet at work she knows how to solve the most complex cases with common sense.
