Binny und der Geist plot

Binny is thirteen and moves with her parents from Hamburg to Berlin, where they move into an old abandoned villa. But Binny soon notices that the villa isn't so deserted after all, because a ghost named Melchior lives in her room. But Melchior, born in 1900, doesn't know why he's a ghost or what happened to his family. They become a crime-solving team while trying to learn more about Melchior's mysterious past.
