Animal Control plot

The life of a group of local animal protection workers is complicated by the fact that animals are simple, but people are not. Frank, a cocky former cop, may not have gone to college, but he's still the most well-read in the group. He has an almost superhuman ability to understand animals. Humans, however, don't. Frank is assigned a new partner, Fred "Shred" Taylor, an optimistic rookie. In addition, Amit Patel and Victoria Sands also work in the department. They report to their mild-mannered boss Emily Price. The district is completed by veterinarian Dr. Summers, receptionist Dolores Stubb and Templeton Dudge, an animal control officer from a neighboring district.
