15 Storeys High plot

Flat owner Vince lives in South London and takes in Errol, a new tenant. That turns out to be a big mistake: his boarder quickly turns his life into hell. Plus, there are other eccentric residents on the block to contend with, from the table tennis-obsessed brothers, the country and western poet who also repairs washing machines, to a man with his own strange boarder: a horse.
