Yakitori plot

In the future, the solar system is dominated by trade federations that are in constant conflict with each other. To escape his suffocating homeland of Japan, and at the suggestion of military chef Pupkin, Akira enlists in an infantry unit of the Trade Federation. This planetary infantry, called Yakitori, is notorious for the shocking death rate of its soldiers. Together with misfits from various other nations, Akira resists his predestined fate.
