Charlie, the princess of Hell, pursues her seemingly impossible goal: rehabilitating demons to peacefully reduce overpopulation in her kingdom. She opens a hotel in the hope that patients will "check out" to heaven. While most of Hell mocks her target, her devoted partner Vaggie and their first test subject, movie star Angel Dust, remain by her side. When a powerful entity known as the 'Radio Demon' contacts Charlie to aid in her efforts, her crazy dream has a chance to become reality.
